How to delete your account

Open the GoSaath app and sign in to your account.

Tap your Profile, then open App Settings.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.

On the confirmation prompt, tap Delete Permanently.
That's it — no email or password required. Your account is already verified
because you are signed in. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- 👤 Your account — name, email, phone, password, profile photo
- 🚗 All ride history — trips published or booked, start codes, ratings
- 💬 Your chat messages and support threads
- 📄 Driver KYC documents — Aadhaar, licence, vehicle photos
- 🔔 Your push notification token
- 🗺️ Any saved route-alert watches
Note: Chat messages that are part of a shared conversation with
another user may remain visible to that user until their account is also deleted.
Aggregated, anonymised statistics (total ride counts) may be retained.
Deletion is processed immediately with no waiting period, and the email is freed
so it can be used to register a fresh account later.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to sign in (for example, you lost access to your device),
you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:
