How to delete your account

Enter the email address linked to your GoSaath account below.

Enter your password to confirm your identity.

Click Delete My Account. Your account and all data will be permanently removed — this cannot be undone.
Request Account Deletion
If you signed up with Google and have no password, or if you need help,
email us at [email protected].
What gets deleted
- 👤 Your account — name, email, phone, password, profile photo
- 🚗 All ride history — trips published or booked, start codes, ratings
- 💬 Your chat messages and support threads
- 📄 Driver KYC documents — Aadhaar, licence, vehicle photos
- 🔔 Your push notification token
- 🗺️ Any saved route-alert watches
Note: Chat messages that are part of a shared conversation with
another user may remain visible to that user until their account is also deleted.
Aggregated, anonymised statistics (total ride counts) may be retained indefinitely.
Deletion is processed immediately with no waiting period.
